In the face of today’s challenges facing all businesses we have to think smarter about ways to keep improving standards whilst working with ever tighter budgets. The old fashioned methods of ‘beating up’ our suppliers are no longer appropriate; instead we need to redefine the relationship to ensure that all stakeholders are benefitting from the arrangment. My role is to create a foundation for this positive relationship to grow, by bringing progressive minded clients and industry leading suppliers together, and providing them with the tools to work harmoniously.

Mark has been a member of the Vixus team since 2019 and was promoted to Consultant in 2021.  He has built up strong relationships with all of our long-term clients and is always prepared to go the extra mile.

Mark is also a Councillor for Bristol City Council and for 10 years served as Chief of Staff to Ashley Fox MEP.  Mark’s knowledge of European politics has proven a valuable resource for our clients who are concerned about the potential impacts of Brexit on the property industry.

Steve has built a career in property & facilities management, having worked at multiple levels within previous organisations. Having gained a HNC In Hosuing Studies from The University of Salford, Steve’s knowledge is paramount to his success.

Previous to joining Vixus, Steve’s recent positions were Head of Property Management and Director of Housing. 

– Residential property management
– Tender and procurement process management
– Service charge management
– Managing and auditing all soft and hard facilities management services.

Andrew Bailey

Andrew has an extensive knowledge of the FM industry, having previously worked for Apleona HSG and Westfield Shopping Centres.

A highly skilled procurement consultant in his own right, Andrew also specialises in car park operation and management.  He has undertaken several projects for clients wishing to achieve best value from their car parks, which has proven particularly useful for FM clients that provide services to the public.

With a proven record of success in project, administration and finance roles, Annjanette (or AJ) brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Vixus. Previously working in the business to business, third sector and banking arenas, she has delivered exceptional results in project planning, implementation, and management. AJ’s strong communication skills and attention to detail ensures that operations run smoothly. With a passion for helping organisations reach their full potential, AJ is committed to making a positive impact though her role.

AJ is a competitive powerlifter and represents Great Britain internationally and holds numerous British, European and World records.

 

William Parkinson

Business Operations Manager

William joined Vixus at the start of 2023 as a Project Administrator to provide operational support to our ever-growing team, putting his vast marketing and financial operations knowledge to good use.

Before becoming part of the Vixus team, William had a successful career in the luxury holiday rentals industry, specialising in the procurement and management of residential properties in the south of France. Building positive and productive relationships with property owners and suppliers, William always goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service.
