New Supplier Approvals

If your company has a supplier approval process that is not fit for purpose, or indeed doesn’t have one at all, Vixus can create an approval process and associated forms that is bespoke to your organisation whilst capturing all core information expected of your suppliers.

Vixus can provide an ongoing support function to evaluate new supplier approval forms, raise queries with said suppliers and serve as your gatekeeper to ensure that only suitably licensed and qualified suppliers are appointed by your company. 

Existing Subcontractor Compliance Checks

Using specialist software, Vixus will monitor your suppliers’ insurances, accreditations and other relevant documentation to ensure that all paperwork is up to date at all times.  Any companies that fail to provide valid documents prior to their expiry date will be logged and Vixus will send a recommendation to cease appointing them until further notice.

Enhanced Supplier Checks

For additional peace of mind, Vixus will request additional information from your subcontractors, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, waste carrier licences etc. Any ‘red flags’ will be formally raised with a recommendation to cease appointing said companies until further notice.
