Vixus provides a cradle to grave bid support function for clients who prefer to spend their time meeting customers rather than sitting behind a desk.  We have an unrivalled track record in delivering successful tender submissions on behalf of and in conjunction with our clients, as well as identifying tender opportunities through open market sources and our industry contacts.

Our solution can be utilised as a full suite of bid support services, or on a module by module basis depending on your specific requirement.

Tender Portal Management

Vixus will monitor all major tender portals and alerts will be set up for contracts that meet your pre-defined criteria.

Vixus will submit PQQ responses for any opportunity that broadly fits within your geographical and capability remit. Each PQQ response will include up to date information and where applicable will be adapted to the client in question.  The expectation will be to achieve a 100% PQQ success rate for you.

Upon confirmation that the PQQ has been successful, Vixus will prepare a Bid/No Bid report outlining the opportunity, the requirement and our recommendation as to whether or not you should bid for the contract.

A Vixus consultant will be allocated responsibility for your portal management and PQQ completion. Another Vixus consultant will be fully trained to cover absences and spikes in work volume.

ITT Bid Writing Services

Your company may be invited to tender for contracts in a variety of ways:

  • Through framework opportunities
  • Through the bid process (tender portals)

Vixus provides flexible bid writing services to transform your specialist knowledge into persuasive content that answers every aspect of every question asked within your client’s tenders.

In any of these circumstances we can support your business by preparing the written responses for your most important Invitations to Tender. Rest assured that your response has been double-checked, referenced correctly and submitted in time.  Vixus will also take responsibility for managing any Q&A via the tender portals that relate to each bid.

As part of our service we will develop a tailored, yet easily customisable bid library with answers to the most common questions you find in your tenders to save you time, bid after bid.

Vixus can also manage the uploading and submission of tender return documents to the relevant portal.

Additional Bid Support and Marketing Services
