Tender Portal Management
Vixus will monitor all major tender portals and alerts will be set up for contracts that meet your pre-defined criteria.
Vixus will submit PQQ responses for any opportunity that broadly fits within your geographical and capability remit. Each PQQ response will include up to date information and where applicable will be adapted to the client in question. The expectation will be to achieve a 100% PQQ success rate for you.
Upon confirmation that the PQQ has been successful, Vixus will prepare a Bid/No Bid report outlining the opportunity, the requirement and our recommendation as to whether or not you should bid for the contract.
A Vixus consultant will be allocated responsibility for your portal management and PQQ completion. Another Vixus consultant will be fully trained to cover absences and spikes in work volume.
ITT Bid Writing Services

Vixus can also manage the uploading and submission of tender return documents to the relevant portal.
